How are your items made?

Each piece is made to order through a trusted print partner. This allows us to create thoughtfully and reduce waste, rather than producing in bulk.

Because items are made just for you, production begins after your order is placed.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically take 3–5 business days for production and 5–10 business days for shipping within the U.S.

During holidays or busy seasons, production may take a bit longer. You’ll receive tracking information once your order ships.

What is your return policy?

Since each item is made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for size or color selection.

However, if your item arrives damaged or misprinted, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will gladly make it right.

How do I choose the right size?

Each product page includes a size guide. We recommend comparing measurements with a favorite garment at home for the best fit.

How should I care for my garment?

To keep your piece looking its best:

• Wash inside out
• Cold water
• Gentle cycle
• Tumble dry low or hang to dry
• Do not iron directly on design
